After more than 20 years of partnership, Hairware Beautyware and Salon Support Ltd have parted ways. We are incredibly grateful to Ian and Sue from Salon Support Ltd for their longstanding service and commitment to supporting New Zealand customers using Hairware Beautyware.

Moving forward, the distribution and support of Hairware Beautyware software will be managed directly by our Australian team. This transition allows us to provide a more unified experience across both Australia and New Zealand, with access to our latest software features, including the all NEW Software HB Ignite, Online Payments. The HB GO App for your phones and devices, new Online SMS and Remote Access.

What does this mean for you?

• Your software will continue working exactly as it does today.
• Your payments and pricing will remain the same in NZD and just move to a direct debit, simplifying the process. Billing will be provided by Salon Software Ltd.
• You can choose to stay on your current software and on the same pricing OR upgrade to the NEW HB Ignite Software.
